These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website www.renocraftltd.co.uk and our services, including bathroom and kitchen fitting, house extensions, loft conversions, and full renovations.

1. Quotes & Agreements

All quotations are valid for 30 days. A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm your booking. Scope of work and timelines will be clearly detailed in writing before the project begins.

2. Payments

Payments must be made as agreed in the contract. Late payments may result in penalties or project delays.

3. Changes & Variations

Any changes requested after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. Variations must be agreed upon in writing.

4. Cancellations

Projects cancelled within 14 days of commencement may incur cancellation fees. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding property and requirements
• Allow access to the site during agreed times
• Ensure all required permissions are in place

6. Warranty

We offer a 12-month defects liability period on workmanship. Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for unforeseen conditions, delays due to weather, or third-party supplier issues. We maintain appropriate insurance for the work we undertake.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
